Payment after your quotation
Once you approve your quotation, we will send you a secure Stripe payment link for your order. Full payment is normally required before we arrange your order. If a staged payment schedule is agreed, the amounts and due dates will be stated in your quotation, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch.

Packaging is selected for the display and shipping method. Plywood cases, flight cases or cartons may be used; the packaging for your order is confirmed in the quotation.

Shipping costs and estimated production and transit times depend on configuration, quantity and destination. Include your country, postcode and required arrival date. Delivery scope and any import charges are confirmed in the quotation.

Power, mounting, content playback and site requirements depend on the selected configuration. Installation and electrical work are included only when expressly agreed.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. Displays carry a one-year limited warranty from delivery for manufacturing defects under normal use. Report shipping damage within 7 days of delivery with photos or video. Contact us for assessment and warranty support.
Warranty informationOrder cancellation
You may cancel your order before order preparation or production begins. Once order preparation or production has started, the order cannot be cancelled because it is made to order. Contact us promptly with your quotation or order reference to request cancellation and confirm the order status.
