Displays ship directly from China. Available destinations and the delivery address are confirmed before we accept your order.

Preparation and transit

Order preparation and transit are separate stages. Estimated preparation, dispatch and transit times are stated in your quotation for the chosen product and shipping method. Delivery estimates may be affected by customs, holidays, weather and carrier delays.

Shipping methods and costs

Air freight, express and sea freight are available depending on the destination, packed size and weight. Your quotation states the shipping charge, delivery scope and responsibility for import duties, taxes, customs clearance and unloading. Do not assume these charges are included unless your quotation says so.

Packaging

Protective packaging is selected for the product and shipping method. Options include plywood cases, flight cases, foam protection and cartons. The packaging for your order is confirmed in the quotation.

Delivery damage

Inspect the package and display on arrival. If you find shipping damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photos or video showing the damage. Keep the packaging while we review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Your delivery details

Provide the correct delivery address, contact details and any access restrictions before dispatch. Contact us before changing the destination or refusing delivery so we can confirm the available options and any resulting charges.
